For some retail therapy and great food a visit to Bayside Marketplace is a must for fashion enthusists. The Market is a semi outdor Mall at the waterfront of Biscayne Bay and has a host of brand name shops and exotic restaurants, like the Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters with daily live entertainment. From here you canjoin other walkers and jogger along the beautiful mid-Beach boardwalk, which run from 21st to 46th Street.

For those visting for sightseeing purposes the Go Miami Card is a great money saving way to see the city. The card gives you a choice of 35 attractions to see and for one price and save up to 55% in savings. You can choose from a one, two, three, five, or seven-day cards. The long list of attractions include: The Seaquarium, Jungle Island, Kennedy Space Center, Everglades tours, the Bar Hop Shuttle, Bass Museum of Art, Coral Castle, Gold Coast Railroad Museum, Kennedy Space Center, Miami Children’s Museum and Miami Metrozoo.

For something a little unusaul the Coral Castle, located in Homested is over 1,100 tons of carved coral rock known as Rock Gate. View the massive chunks of coral rock with on the 30-minute audio tour, offered in English, Spanish, French or German. Admission to the Coral Castle is $9.75 for adults and $5 for children.

The beaches in Miami are nearly as famous as the many television shows filmed there. South Beach is a trendy hang out and is located on Ocean Drive, across the street from many of Miami Beach’s famous nightclubs. Haulover Beach which is located on Miami Beach between Sunny Isles Beach and Bal Harbour, is a nudist beach with clothing optional. The nudist areas are clearly marked and if nudity is not your thing, turning your back in Haulover will have you at a fantastic surfing spot. Virginia Key Beach is located right off the Rickenbacker Causeway near the Miami Seaquarium. South Beach is the unsurpassed Miami Beach experience. Here you will see many gym muscle men and women who want to show off their efforts!

Miami Seaquarium is a great place to visit in Miami for an entertaining and educational experience. Miami’s climate allows for year-round outdoor marine shows featuring dolphins, killer whales and other sea creatures. You can also see sea turtles, seals, and sea lions. Admission is  $29.95 for adults and $22.95 for children.Exhibition shows include the trained dolphin show and Lolita the Killer Whale show. The Seaquarium is located on the Rickenbacker Causeway between Downtown Miami and Key Biscayne.

 

Little Havana has an 'Art Block' is a litle strip of art galleries and studios and probably one of the best concentrations of Latin American art in Miami. The studios are a hive of artistic creativity and worth a look for those who enjoy seeing art from other cultural backgrounds. This street is located on Calle Ocho, between SW 15th & 17th Aves, Little Havana.
